Ingredients:
1 ½ cups milk or milk alternative
1 cup HCW Rolled Oats
2 tbsp HCW Chia Seeds
2 tbsp honey / HCW Agave Syrup
2 tbsp almond butter (optional)
1 tsp HCW Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp HCW Cacao Maca Boost (NEW)
Method:
- Whisk ingredients together until combined well.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Divide between 2 bowls and serve warm or cold.
