Website orders are typically delivered within 2- 6 working days, depending on the area and the time of your order.

Health Connection prizes are delivered in SA only, winners are chosen via a random winner generation tool, and judges decision is final. 

Health Connection competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. 

Health Connection reserves the right to request proof of identity, should we see fit, in order to confirm you as a winner. 

Prizes are not transferrable for cash.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the randomly selected winner via social media, if the winner cannot be contacted within 72hrs of notification, or are unable to comply with T&C’s stated here, we (Health Connection) reserve the right to pick a new winner.

Winners need to be prepared to have their names and submitted photos published on our social media pages.

• If goods are damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event of a defect, we require that you inform us within 2 days of receipt of the goods, in order to limit further damages.
• In the case of damaged or defective goods, we may require customers to return the goods to us (at our cost) for quality control purposes. Please take note of the batch number of the product/s (visible on the back of pack) as we require this number to process complaints and exchanges.
• Due to the nature of our products being food items, we cannot accept returns if items are not damaged or defective. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact online@health-smart.co.za. 
• Please note that the relevant order number must accompany any claim for refund from our online store. 
• We do not accept expired stock back for any reason. It is therefore your duty to ensure that you use the goods before the expiry date.

Health Connection may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
