Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but our online store is open for orders all day, everyday.

You can shop Health Connection products online or in store at most major retail outlets, pharmacies & health stores.

Our payment methods are online only – no COD or direct cash deposit. You can use a credit card or debit card for online payments (Mastercard and Visa accepted).

Unfortunately not, as we use a courier service that does not accept COD, all payments need to be made upon ordering before your order can be shipped to you.

We deliver nationwide to street addresses. PO Box addresses are not accepted by our couriers.

Delivery for orders above R499 are FREE, for orders below R499, courier is calculated at checkout.

Delivery tends to take 3-5 working days. Please keep in mind that orders will only be dispatched during working hours once payment has been received.

Due to the nature of our products being food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please email us at info@health-connection.co.za with your order number and product details.
