Hemp & Chickpea Hummus


1½ cups HCW Chickpeas, cooked according to pack instruction

1 tbsp HCW Tahini

2 tbsp HCW Hemp Seed Powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic

½ tsp HCW Himalayan Crystal Salt

1 tbsp water



  1. Roughly chop both cloves of garlic and pan-fry them until they’re golden brown and crispy
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. 
  3. Add more water and/or olive oil for a thinner consistency (optional).
