Ingredients 2 eggs 1 cup chopped kale / spinach 1 tsp HCW Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp butter Salt & pepper to taste Method
- Heat the butter in a pan. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Add chopped kale to the pan and cook for a few minutes (until slightly wilted).
- Add the whisked eggs and stir to mix well.
- Add turmeric and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir well until the eggs are cooked.
- Delicious served with wholegrain toast.
