These recipes are all suitable for vegans and they are great ways of including our unique vegan products in your diet. Just Protein (Just Soy) is a soya protein isolate which is perfect for adding to smoothies. Our Organic Soya Mince is GMO-free and has no added colouring or flavouring. It is delicious when adding your own flavouring, e.g. in soups or stews.

Easy Vegetarian Chilli (serves 4)

Ingredients
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ stalk celery, chopped
½ tbsp olive oil
100g HCW Soya Mince, Organic
2 tins kidney beans
½ tin chopped tomatoes
350ml water
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ dessert spoon chilli powder

Method
1. Saute onion, garlic and celery in the olive oil
until onions are soft.
2. Add soya mince, kidney beans, tomatoes,
water, sugar, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
Allow to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
