Have you tried buckwheat?

Buckwheat can be soaked for 20-30 minutes, rinsed a few times and enjoyed as a raw snack. They can also be sprouted (can take up to 48 hours). One cup buckwheat provides approximately 2 ½ cups of buckwheat sprouts. Store the sprouts in the fridge and use in the following ways:

•    Cook as porridge
•    Add to porridge or muesli
•    Sprinkle on yoghurt
•    Add to salads for a nutty crunch
