Ingredients:
- 1 heaped tbsp HCW Flax & Coconut Porridge
- 1 tsp HCW Vanilla Extract
- 1 small ripe banana (or 1 -2 drops of Stevia Vanilla)
- 1 tbsp HCW Whey Protein Powder (Or HCW Plant Protein Powder)
- 1 tsp HCW Organic Maca Powder
- 2 cups of piping hot milk
Method:
- Heat your milk until very hot, but not boiling
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
