Raw Peanut Butter & Flax Smoothie

Ingredients: 

½ cup HCW Raw Peanuts

½ cup milk or milk alternative 

2 tbsp HCW Flax Seed Powder 

1 frozen banana 

5 ice cubes 

 

Method: 

  1. Soak the raw peanuts in water overnight. 
  2. Add the raw peanuts (discard the soaking water) and milk or milk alternative to your blender & blend on high until a rough peanut butter forms. If your mixture is too dry, add more milk or water. 
  3. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
