Apple Omega Bread

Ingredients: 

10g Instant yeast added to 325ml warm water

½ tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. Erythritol & Stevia blend

300g white bread wheat flour

200 g stone-ground unsifted wholewheat flour

1.5 tbsp. HCW Apple Omega Superfood Mix

1.5 tbsp. HCW Chia Seeds

4 tbsp. HCW Pumpkin Seeds

20ml coconut oil, melted

Method: 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Pour in yeast and water mixture
  3. Add the oil
  4. Mix well and knead for 5 minutes
  5. Place in a warming drawer for 50 minutes to allow to rise
  6. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
