Superfood Energy Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup of HCW rolled oats 

3 tablespoons of nut butter of your choice

2 tablespoons HCW Apple Omega Powder

1 tablespoon of honey

1 teaspoon of HCW psyllium husks

60mls of water or milk

Pinch of HCW Himalayan Crystal Salt

1/2 teaspoon HCW vanilla extract (optional)

3 tablespoons of HCW Berry Beetroot Powder

Method:

  1. Blend the dry oats in a blender until you’re left with a fine oat ‘flour’. 
  2. Combine the blended oats, nut butter, psyllium, honey, water/milk salt, Apple Omega powder and vanilla essence in a bowl, and mix well. 
  3. Add more water/milk if your dough doesn’t seem sticky enough to roll into balls.
  4. Once you have a sticky ‘dough’ roll it into balls of any size. 
  5. Sprinkle the Berry Beetroot powder onto a clean surface. 
  6. Roll your energy balls in the Berry Beetroot powder until they are coated in it.
