Apple Omega Overnight Oats (serves 2)


1 tbsp HCW Apple Omega superfood mix

¾ cup HCW Rolled Oats

1 cup milk / milk alternative



  1. Add Apple Omega to the rolled oats and milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Leave overnight in the fridge.
  4. Top with chopped fresh fruit in the morning and add a sweetener to taste, if desired.
  5. Enjoy hot or cold!
