3 medium apples
2 medium carrots
½ tsp HCW Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp HCW Turmeric Powder
½ tsp ground ginger
- Use your juicer to juice the apples and carrots (or use 200ml apple juice and 200ml carrot juice)
- Heat the juice in a pot. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat.
- Add the spices and stir well. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
