Baobab & Psyllium Smoothie (serves 2)

Ingredients:

½ cup plain yoghurt

1 cup blueberries

1 small banana

1 tbsp HCW Psyllium Husks

1 tbsp HCW Baobab Powder

100 ml water, if desired

 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together well in a blender.
  • Add water to reach desired consistency.
