Warm Apple Smoothie (serves 2)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp HCW Hemp Seed Powder

1 cup milk / milk alternative (heated)

1 apple, cored and sliced

¼ cup HCW Rolled Oats

½ tbsp honey

1 tsp HCW Cinnamon Powder

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat further if desired.
