Lemon & Chia Drink (serves 1)
- 1 tbsp HCW Chia Seeds
- 1 glass water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of HCW Himalayan Salt, Fine
Method
- Add the chia seeds to the water and allow to soak for 20 minutes.
- Place chia mixture in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend well and then pour into a glass to drink.
