Cacao Post-Workout Smoothie

Recover faster with this delicious chocolatey smoothie. Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaped Tbsp HCW Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp HCW Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp HCW Collagen Powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 x HCW pitted dates (optional)
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of water or coconut water

Method:

  1. Add the milk and dates to the blender first, and blend until fully combined.
  2. Add all ingredients – except the whey powder.
  3. Blend until combined.
  4. Add Whey Powder and blend until your desired consistency is achieved.
