Recover faster with this delicious chocolatey smoothie. Serves 1
- 1 heaped Tbsp HCW Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp HCW Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp HCW Collagen Powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 x HCW pitted dates (optional)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of water or coconut water
- Add the milk and dates to the blender first, and blend until fully combined.
- Add all ingredients – except the whey powder.
- Blend until combined.
- Add Whey Powder and blend until your desired consistency is achieved.
