- 1 heaped cup HCW pitted dates
- 1 tbsp HCW whey protein powder or HCW collagen powder (or plant protein, for a vegan version)
- 1 cup peanut or macadamia nut butter
- 1/2 cup HCW cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You will need to scrape the mixture down the sides as you go. Depending on the design and power of your blender, your mixture might be too dry to blend fully. If so, add more coconut oil and/or 1 tbsp hot water.
Transfer mixture to a flat bottomed dish that is lined with wax paper and smooth the mixture out.
Put in the freezer for 1hr and 30minutes, or until firm.
Remove from freezer and slice into squares.
