- 1 banana (frozen overnight, if possible)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup oat, soy, rice or almond milk
- 1 tbsp HCW flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp HCW chia seeds
- 1 tbsp HCW maca Powder
- Peel and freeze your banana overnight.
- Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
