Gut Health Shake

  • 1 banana (frozen overnight, if possible)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup oat, soy, rice or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp HCW flaxseed powder
  • 1 tsp HCW chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp HCW maca Powder
  • Peel and freeze your banana overnight.
  • Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
