Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp Macadamia or Cashew nut butter
  • 1 cup chopped pumpkin flesh, seeds removed.
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (or to taste)
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon.


  1. Peel your bananas and freeze them in a container overnight. This adds thickness to your smoothie.
  2. Steam 1 cup of pumpkin until it is soft enough to mash with a fork. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Top with cinnamon.
