Ingredients:
- 1 cup nut milk of choice
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1-2 tbsp Macadamia or Cashew nut butter
- 1 cup chopped pumpkin flesh, seeds removed.
- 1 tsp agave syrup (or to taste)
- 5 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon.
Method:
- Peel your bananas and freeze them in a container overnight. This adds thickness to your smoothie.
- Steam 1 cup of pumpkin until it is soft enough to mash with a fork. Allow to cool completely.
- Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Top with cinnamon.
