Sugar-Free Iced Latte

Ingredients: 

  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp HCW Erythritol
  • 100 ml Freshly Brewed Coffee or Espresso (allowed to cool)

Method: 

  1. Pour the coconut milk into an ice tray and freeze overnight to form ice cubes
  2. Place 6 coconut milk cubes into a blender
  3. Add the erythritol & blend on high 
  4. Pour into a cup, adding ice cubes if you wish
  5. Pour the coffee over the top 
  6. Sip in bliss
