Ingredients:
1 cup HCW Rolled Oats
½ cup HCW Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup HCW Sunflower Seeds
½ cup coconut oil
1 tsp HCW Himalayan Salt
2 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup HCW Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp HCW Tahini
Method:
- Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut oil and salt to a large, deep pan on medium heat.
- Stir slowly and continuously for 15 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and lower the heat.
- Stir continuously for another 15 minutes until the coconut has a golden colour.
- Allow to cool and then store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy topped with Greek yoghurt, honey and berries.
