Pan Toasted Granola

Ingredients: 1 cup HCW Rolled Oats ½ cup HCW Pumpkin Seeds 1 cup HCW Sunflower Seeds ½ cup coconut oil 1 tsp HCW Himalayan Salt 2 cup desiccated coconut ½ cup HCW Sesame Seeds 3 tbsp HCW Tahini Method:
  1. Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut oil and salt to a large, deep pan on medium heat.
  2. Stir slowly and continuously for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and lower the heat.
  4. Stir continuously for another 15 minutes until the coconut has a golden colour.
  5. Allow to cool and then store in an airtight container.
  6. Enjoy topped with Greek yoghurt, honey and berries.
