Refreshing Chia Drink

Ingredients:

1 tbsp HCW Chia Seeds

1 glass spring water

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp HCW Xylitol / ¼ tsp HCW Stevia Liquid

Few mint leaves

 

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Allow to stand for 20 minutes for chia seeds to soften and flavours to infuse.
  3. Remove the mint and stir well.
  4. Add ice, if desired, and enjoy
