Berry Chia Smoothie (serves 2)

Ingredients

1 banana

1 tsp honey

3 tbsp HCW Rice Milk Powder Plus

1 cup water

½ cup frozen berries

1 Tbsp HCW Chia Seeds

4 ice blocks

 

Method

  1. Add 3 tbsp HCW Rice Milk Powder Plus to 250ml water and whisk well. Pour into a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well in a blender.
