Flaxseed Flapjacks (makes 6)


2 tbsp HCW Golden Flaxseed Powder

2 tbsp HCW Coconut Flour

1 tbsp HCW Xylitol

½ tsp HCW Xanthan Gum

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp Fine Himalayan Salt

2 large eggs

50 ml milk

¼ cup butter, melted

½ tsp vanilla essence



  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the milk, vanilla essence and melted butter to the eggs and mix.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients and combine well.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of the batter to a heated frying pan and cook on both sides.

  1. How long should I cook it for? I cooked it for 2 minutes on each side and it wasn’t cooked inside.

    1. Hi Zintle, you will need to cook the flapjacks for a little longer on each side. It is best to turn them when you see bubbles appearing at the top of the flapjacks.
