Hummus (serves 4 – 6)
- 1½ cups HCW Chickpeas, cooked
- 1 tbsp HCW Tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp water
- Mash / blend all ingredients together.
- Add more water for thinner consistency (optional).
