This easy, zesty smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients, thanks to our Golden Turmeric Powder (which includes collagen). Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 small cup peeled and roughly chopped mango
- 1 heaped Tbsp HCW Golden Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water or non-dairy milk
Method:
- Pop all your ingredients in a blender and blend on high
- When smooth, pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
