These delicious low-carb energy balls are the perfect snack or treat! Makes 10 balls.
- 1/2 cup of keto-friendly Pecan Nut Butter
- 1/4 cup of HCW Coconut Flour
- 3 heaped tablespoons of HCW Cacao Powder, with extra for dusting
- (Optional) 6 – 12 drops HCW Stevia Liquid
- Mix all your ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and combine well, making sure that no clumps are left.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into 10 wallnut-sized balls using your hands. (Greasing your spoon and hands with olive oil or coconut oil may help with the stickiness)
- Once formed, dust them with extra cacao powder (optional)
- Enjoy a few balls immediately – the rest can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
