Keto Cacao Balls

These delicious low-carb energy balls are the perfect snack or treat! Makes 10 balls.


  • 1/2 cup of keto-friendly Pecan  Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup of HCW Coconut Flour
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of HCW Cacao Powder, with extra for dusting
  •  (Optional) 6 – 12 drops HCW Stevia Liquid
  1. Mix all your ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and combine well, making sure that no clumps are left.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into 10 wallnut-sized balls using your hands. (Greasing your spoon and hands with olive oil or coconut oil may help with the stickiness)
  3. Once formed, dust them with extra cacao powder (optional)
  4. Enjoy a few balls immediately – the rest can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
