Makes 12 falafels
Ingredients:
- 200g HCW falafel premix
- 200ml water
- 1 large handful of coriander
- 1 large handful of basil or rocket
Method:
- Place your herbs in a food processor, or chop up very fine by hand
- Mix 200ml hot water with 200g falafel premix and mix well. Add your herbs and mix until fully combined.
- Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, before forming into balls (mixture makes 12)
- Heat up a little olive oil in a pan, add your falafels and fry until golden brown on the outside.
Add to salads, wraps, pitas and tacos, or just enjoy as a snack on their own!
