Herb Falafels

Makes 12 falafels

Ingredients:

  • 200g HCW falafel premix
  • 200ml water
  • 1 large handful of coriander
  • 1 large handful of basil or rocket

Method:

  1. Place your herbs in a food processor, or chop up very fine by hand
  2. Mix 200ml hot water with 200g falafel premix and mix well. Add your herbs and mix until fully combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, before forming into balls (mixture makes 12)
  4. Heat up a little olive oil in a pan, add your falafels and fry until golden brown on the outside.
  Add to salads, wraps, pitas and tacos, or just enjoy as a snack on their own!
