Antioxidant Recovery Milk

Hydrating, comforting and great for post-workout. Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaped Tbsp HCW Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp HCW Bovine Collagen Powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tsp HCW Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp HCW agave syrup, honey or sugar alternative of choice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of water or coconut water

Method:

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender, and blend until fully combined.
  2. Pour over ice and serve chilled.
