Superfood Balls

These bliss balls are packed with superfood goodness, but taste like treats!

Ingredients:

  • 5 x HCW pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 200-300ml coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp HCW cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp Maca Powder

Method:

  1. Place dates and coconut cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and blend again until fully combined.
  3. Spoon your sticky liquid into a bowl and add the superfood powders.
  4. Mix in well. The mixture will become thicker and thicker.
  5. When the superfood powder is fully mixed in and the mixture is it is at its stiffest, use your hands to form into balls.
  6. If your mixture is too liquid, add more Cacao Powder. If it is too thick, add more coconut cream.
  7. Enjoy as-is, or place in the freezer to firm up further.
