These bliss balls are packed with superfood goodness, but taste like treats!
Ingredients:
- 5 x HCW pitted dates
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 200-300ml coconut cream
- 3 tbsp HCW cacao powder
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tbsp Maca Powder
Method:
- Place dates and coconut cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and blend again until fully combined.
- Spoon your sticky liquid into a bowl and add the superfood powders.
- Mix in well. The mixture will become thicker and thicker.
- When the superfood powder is fully mixed in and the mixture is it is at its stiffest, use your hands to form into balls.
- If your mixture is too liquid, add more Cacao Powder. If it is too thick, add more coconut cream.
- Enjoy as-is, or place in the freezer to firm up further.
