Chia & Vanilla Pudding

Easy, creamy high fibre breakfast or snack. Serves 2


  • 100g HCW Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp HCW vanilla extract
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 50g cashew nuts


  1. Mix the vanilla extract into your milk and stir
  2. Combine with chia seeds in a glass or bowl and mix well.
  3. Add our cashew nuts, cover and leave overnight.
  4. Enjoy your creamy pudding in the morning!
