Easy, creamy high fibre breakfast or snack. Serves 2
- 100g HCW Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp HCW vanilla extract
- 250ml milk of choice
- 50g cashew nuts
- Mix the vanilla extract into your milk and stir
- Combine with chia seeds in a glass or bowl and mix well.
- Add our cashew nuts, cover and leave overnight.
- Enjoy your creamy pudding in the morning!
