Carrot Cake Oats

Carrot cake Oats
Serves 2:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup HCW Rolled Oats
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red apple, grated
  • 1/4 cup HCW raisins
  • 1 tsp HCW cinnamon powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut cream (to serve)

Method:

  1.  Combine your oats, grated apple, raisins, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Cook your oats mixture as desired, either on a stovetop (+-5 minutes) or in the microwave (+-3 minutes).
  3. Add the grated carrot to the cooked mixture last, and combine well.
  4. Spoon into bowls and top with coconut cream to serve.
