- 1 cup HCW Rolled Oats
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 red apple, grated
- 1/4 cup HCW raisins
- 1 tsp HCW cinnamon powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Coconut cream (to serve)
- Combine your oats, grated apple, raisins, salt and cinnamon.
- Cook your oats mixture as desired, either on a stovetop (+-5 minutes) or in the microwave (+-3 minutes).
- Add the grated carrot to the cooked mixture last, and combine well.
- Spoon into bowls and top with coconut cream to serve.
