Ingredients:
- 1 cup HCW oats
- 200ml nut milk
- 100 ml 100% apple juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 pinch salt
- Plain or coconut yoghurt (to serve)
- Add 1 cup of oats to a bowl and cover with the nut milk and apple juice.
- Mix in a pinch of salt and half the cranberries and place in the fridge overnight (8+ hours)
- In the morning, remove from the fridge and mix well.
- Divide into bowls and add a dollop of yoghurt (if using).
- Grate the apple and add to the top. Finish off by sprinkling with the remaining cranberries.
- Serve with a dusting of cinnamon, if desired.
