- 1 cup Health Connection Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Berry Beetroot Superfood Powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops Health Connection Collagen Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Coconut oil for frying
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until you have a smooth batter. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and add coconut oil. When hot, ladle in spoonfuls of the batter and fry on each side until firm and slightly puffed up. Add more oil if needed.
Serve with toppings of your choice!
