Ingredients:
Top layer
1 small sweet potato, roasted
1-2 HCW Pitted Dates
½ tsp HCW Vanilla Extract
1 heaped tsp nut butter of choice
2 tsp HCW Cacao Powder
¼ cup milk of choice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well until smooth.
Yoghurt and overnight oats layers
¼ cup HCW Cacao Chia Oats
½ cup boiling water
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ tsp honey / HCW Agave Syrup
- Mix Cacao Chia Oats with boiling water and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, mix the plain yoghurt with honey and place on top of the overnight oats.
- Add the top layer and enjoy!
