Ingredients:
1 tsp HCW Spirulina Powder
1 small potato, peeled
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 head of broccoli, chopped
5 cups spinach
¼ cup fresh dill
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil the potato until soft.
- Sauté the onion, broccoli and spinach for 5 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients to a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in a blender until smooth.
- Stir in the spirulina powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
