Green Smoothie Bowl (serves 2)

This recipe shows a delicious way of using one of our new superfood mixes. It is ideal for use in smoothies and smoothie bowls (i.e. thick smoothies). Our superfood mixes provide a convenient way of adding antioxidants to your diet.




2 cups spinach

1 cup Hydro Coco Coconut Water or plain water

2 bananas, sliced and frozen

½ avocado

2 tbsp HCW Leafy Green Mix (NEW)


¼ cup blueberries

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

2 tbsp HCW Sunflower Seeds




  1. Blend all ingredients together well in a blender until thick and creamy.

  2. Pour into two bowls and sprinkle with the topping.
