This recipe shows a delicious way of using one of our new superfood mixes. It is ideal for use in smoothies and smoothie bowls (i.e. thick smoothies). Our superfood mixes provide a convenient way of adding antioxidants to your diet.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup HCW Rolled Oats
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp honey / HCW Agave Syrup
¼ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup milk or milk alternative
1 tbsp HCW Nutty Protein Blend (NEW)
3 ice cubes
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
