Millet, Dehusked 500g
Millet is by its nature gluten-free and sodium-free. Cereal products are naturally high in energy. Only the husk has been removed, leaving the whole grain intact. Millet has a mildly sweet, nut-like flavour once cooked.

Serving and Usage suggestions
Delicious cooked as porridge or as an alternative to rice / couscous. To cook: Rinse 1 cup dehusked millet well and drain. Add to 3 cups boiling water. Simmer covered for approximately 30 minutes or until water is completely absorbed.
